I was never one for gyms and working out. My best friend referred me to Heidi in 2021 and I haven't looked back. Embarking on my fitness journey would not have been possible without Heidi. Her expertise, encouragement, and personalized approach transformed the way I look at my overall well-being. I went through chemotherapy for breast cancer in 2015. I now have to take medication that affects my bone density and have bone density scans every other year. I recently completed my 2023 scan and the results were considered "statistically significant". An increase of 8.5% in the lumbar spine and 10.7% in the hip. These results are proof that my workouts with Heidi have a positive impact on my health. Now I look forward to workouts and can't thank Heidi enough for being the coach and cheerleader that I needed.

She's attentive and creative in exercises, which has been crucial for me having gone through wrist surgery. Heidi has an amazing ability to balance encouragement and support, while also not accepting mediocrity or laziness. Love training with her, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future!
