Heidi Thielen is dedicated to providing training focused on quality of movement, strength, and longevity. Fitness is a journey. There are no quick fixes or fads that will ever replace hard work, commitment, and focus. Heidi is committed to supporting athletes of varying fitness levels through all phases of their fitness journey.
Heidi has a background in Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting, CrossFit, and High Intensity Interval Training. Health & fitness has been an ever-present theme throughout her life. She has a degree in Cellular / Molecular Biology, attended medical school, earned a Level 2 CrossFit Coach Certification, and USAW Olympic Lifting Coach Certification. She is passionate about hiking, bicycling, skiing, traveling, and trying new adventures.
